Help needed: ZBook 14u G6 not powering on.

So I got a ZBook 14u G6 which seems to not be powering on. When plugged in the Caps Lock light is on and the power light by the plug keeps flashing from white to orange. I thought maybe it was low battery so I have left it plugged in for a along while. I have tried two different power cables. I have also taken off the back panel to make sure everything is plugged in and the battery isn't bulging. One last thing I did was something I saw saying to unplug everything and hold down the power for a whopping two minutes. No changes. I think I got it to start up once a week or so back and I think that was from it being stored for a while and likely having no charge what so ever but it went to sleep I think or turned off and now nothing.

Any thoughts or ideas?
