6m sleep regression?

My LO turned 6m today. Last week he was sick and only slept in our arms for 3 days. For the past week he has woken up every hour on the hour and will not go back to sleep until he gets a bottle .. he used to sleep 12 hours straight then around 4m he started waking up 2-3 times and now it’s 5-8 times a night and we are about done!
