18months PP, hard to detect Ovulation

I’m 18m PP. 36yo. Previously had very regular periods and easy to detect ovulation. Typical basal chart and mucus and was very horny at ovulation and happened for us first go . C section birth, period came back in 12 weeks, breast fed until 6months. Periods regular but very sore and eventually subsided about 1 year PP. Only started tracking / tiring for second baby last 3 months. Got the Apple Watch and use the Natural cycles app but my temp is fluctuating. No discernible pattern. Last month LH surge day 16 and temp rise day 23. This month LH surge day 23/4 and temp rise earlier on day 22. The LH surge and temp rises are inconsistent to confirm ovulation, has anyone had this? I can’t tell myself by how I feel because I’m not aroused. I’m broken or something 🥺 welcome your thoughts 🙂
