How do you guys deal with the question are you on something right now whether your sober or not

Personally I get very annoyed like gtfo but if I am high I’ll try to lie but if I’m not I get mad and lowkey it makes me wanna go get high might as well if everybody already thinks I am it’s pretty degrading
