Think Molly made me slightly retarted is there any chance I will go back to normal

Just before I go deeper even before Molly I am an idiot but atleast im a self aware idiot. Havent done molly in 80 or so days but my memory and intelligence is still fucked. Even simple things confuse me and have no motivation and my memory has gone to shit. I’m still in school failing but still attending. My Molly use wasn’t for very long but I did a lot and want to recover so I can graduate and start my life. I’ve recently quit weed as well to better my chances of recovering but if there any any things I can do/take to help would be greatly appreciated. Also not sure if this relates but I am on SARMS which suppresses testosterone but not sure if there is a correlation
