S2: Visions of Truth bug (can’t progress anymore)

Need help, im playing on pc, after first talking to c-consciousness nothing happened, scar just roaming around. When i leave every npc gone.

I tried loading previous saves still nothing. I thought the latest update fixed main missions bugs.. yet.. now i cant progress anymore..

Is there way to fix this, or should i just wait for next update? :((
