Help me find: Martial arts manga around 2021-22 with time stopping, murim/modern setting

There is an old manga/manhwua/webtoon, i can't remember around 2021-22, here are the details I do remember.

When the MC travels between worlds from normal to murim, time stops.

Is the leader of the cult in murim, pretty normal life in modern.

Family member/friend gets sick, and he learns traditional medicine in murim to help heal modern person.

in modern changes school to go abroad. I think someone close to MC dies in modern which caused the move.

Let me know if anyone has any leads.
