QC help please

I’m a complete newbie received psps last night and I'm not sure if I'm overreacting, but I feel like the PSPs are not great..

Bought from Aadan and the bag which is a Balenciaga rodeo is coming from bibi factory.

My concern is that the back side is noticeably wrinkled and the top flap has very obvious puckering along the stitching.
