Is this the right kit for me?

After doing a little research I came across this. Key word little, have been wanting to upgrade my bike for a bit but tariffs are making me rush. My budget is about 700$ and this one fits perfect in that. Big reasoning for this one is the rack mount and the brand being befang, I’m hoping this means parts and general resources should be easier to find. I weight between 160-175 depending on the time of year so I want something that can assist me up hills. I would like to be able to go 10miles/16km my typical commute would be almost half however. My main concern is hill assist.
