Warranty Denial? - 2021 Subaru A/C condenser

My wife paid for a $3000 warrant on her 2021 Subaru and her AC went out. She took it to the Subaru dealership and they said the condenser was bad. They had the warranty person come out to inspect and they are denying the claim for replacing the condenser and saying that the leaks were caused by road debris?… idk much about A/C and/or condensor. But is there way to dispute the inspectors ? Take it to another shop? 2nd opinion? It just seems like the dealership and warranty inspector are already being shady about this. Like they somehow work together? Just wanted other opinions.
