5600x to 5700x3d worth it?

I currently have a r5 5600x on a b550-f gaming with 32gb ram and a 3080 ftw3. Used predominantly for gaming (1440 @180hz) I play everything from LoL to Elden Ring, MH Wilds, CoD, etc and can still mostly maintain high/ultra settings but starting to see my cpu get maxed out and was curious if upgrading to a 5700x3d would be worth it with any noticeable gains or if I should just fiddle with over clocking the 5600x and bide my time until I can afford a full upgrade into the am5 era
