When do most relapses happen and what's the likelihood?

My cat is literally a week away from finishing observation and shes started throwing up 😭 im freaking out thinking it's possible her FIP is back. She had the wet version. I emailed my vet and im waiting on a response but if anyone has any insight on if it could really happen this late in the game pls lmk
