Mellon Collie- Digital or Analog effects?

Gear

This may be a simple question, but I haven't seen much concrete answers online. I just watched a really cool video (I'll link it) about the recording gear and process of MCIS, because of course I did. Obviously, there are a million different tones and sounds on the album, but I always just assumed that since it was the Pumpkins in the 90s, it was all about pedals and preamps. The video credits an Eventide rack unit for a lot of the weird effects on the album. So yeah, long question short, were the majority of the non-gain effects used on MCIS and that whole era all digital? I'd be interested to find out; I'm a guitarist and definitely prefer using analog pedals (or any pedal in general) when I can, but I know Billy's modern rig is very diverse sounding and streamlined with preamps and built-in effects, so it would make sense that he began that practice during their most fertile writing period. Any info is welcome, thanks!
