HELP Account retrieval

I forgot my Garena pass as it was 3years ago or more since I last played CODM.

I'm trying to recover, but this stupid Garena blocks my access, saying that I was too quick at typing! this fvckers thought I was some bot. I can't make a ticket because I dont fvcing know my Garena ID. Like what the fvck will I remember something so bothersome. Whats the use of username if you also need to remeber some fvcking long numbers.

How can I make a retrieval, or how can I contact their support?
