Just broke up with my girlfriend, and I’m struggling with moving on. Any tips on how to heal and start fresh?

Hey everyone, I’m going through a rough time right now. I recently broke up with my girlfriend, and I’m having a hard time moving on. We had some great memories, but there were also a lot of issues that led to the breakup. I’m finding myself stuck in the past and constantly thinking about what went wrong, and it's hard to let go of everything, especially because we shared so much.

I guess my biggest struggle is knowing how to move forward. I don’t want to keep holding on to things that aren’t healthy for me, but I don’t know how to stop thinking about her and the relationship. How do you all get over someone you truly cared about and find peace in the process?

I’m looking for advice on things that worked for you—whether it’s activities, mindset shifts, or even just small steps that helped you let go. Any tips on getting back to feeling like myself again would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
