[Help] 2007 Yamaha FZ6 S2 – FI light sometimes on, ABS light blinking (but no ABS), error codes 22 / 30 / 46

Hey everyone,

I’m having some weird electrical issues with my 2007 Yamaha FZ6 S2 (non-ABS). The yellow engine light (FI light) sometimes turns on and stays for about 30 minutes, then disappears for the rest of my riding session. Today, my ABS warning light started blinking red — but this bike doesn't even have ABS atm. My bike has 55.000 km behind back.

I checked diagnostic mode/ code 61 and found the following stored fault codes:

46 – Power supply to the FI system is not normal 22 – Intake air temp sensor: open or short circuit 30 – Motorcycle has overturned (it hasn’t)

With the key ON (engine off), my battery voltage reads 11.9V, which seems a bit low. Haven’t tested voltage while running yet.

So to summirizethe symptoms: -FI warning light comes on randomly ABS light blinking red, even though the bike doesn’t have ABS (happend once and didn't turn on again after restarting engine) -Sometimes rough idle when cold -Battery seems weak (may be old, seller told me it was changed once)

So far, I’m thinking: -Fault code 46 could point to charging system: possibly the regulator/rectifier or stator? -Fault 22 could be a bad IAT sensor or wiring issue -Fault 30 might be old/stale (I haven’t dropped the bike)

The low voltage might be messing with the ECU and causing false warnings?

Any FZ6 owners or electrical gurus have tips on where to start diagnosing? Should I start with testing the stator and reg/rec, or swap the battery first?

Appreciate any advice or experience!
