What are the best sneakers for walking and standing all day?

My job requires me to be on my feet for 8 hours walking and standing. With my commute I walk about 16 miles/day. My feet size is 2E width, 11 US length, with low arch. I work mostly indoors but sometimes go outside, so I walk on mostly concrete and a bit of soil. My shoes need to be all black. I live in Illinois USA. What are my options?
