Gen2 sizing kit question

First off, I can barley read the instructions inside the sizing kit as they blend in with the box background color.

Secondly, my updated iPhone 14 pro cannot scan the QR code to order and confirm the ring size. What is the actual ordering URL for the gen2 ring?

The gen1 ring sizing kit is much nicer btw!
