Best wand stats?

I'm on a pretty good run/not quite god run yet and I'm looking for the wands with the best stats for building wands. I currently have four Wands of Swiftness but I'm running into mana/cast delay/recharge issues for larger wand builds. I killed Tiny but the wand it dropped didn't have any better stats besides having a ton of spell slots. Any advice besides farming for add mana and reduce recharge time spells?
