My boyfriend won’t go down on me

I’m in the bathroom after we just had sex and got in an argument about how I feel like he doesn’t care if I finish. I called him selfish and then left and now he’s sleeping. I’ve never finished during sex with him- he does not try to get me off and when I try myself he doesnt encourage me and usually switches positions so I can’t. We’ve been together a year and only a month ago he started fingering me, but not more than 15-30 seconds at a time. I’ve communicated freely about what I want and how I’m willing to guide him through the whole thing. It’s so frustrating because I do everything to make sure he feels good but when I ask him to do something for me he says it’s “intimidating” and he never tries. He’s gone down on me once, and said it was a lot of work. He did it for maybe a few seconds, and I’m not exaggerating. When I’m by myself it takes around 5-10 minutes for me to finish, so I know I can, but I also know it’s not as easy for me as it is for some girls. I’ve asked him if it makes him uncomfortable and he says no, and it confuses me because the only other excuse he gives is how he “forgets.” I’ll tell him at the beginning that I want head or any form of pleasure and he just won’t do anything for me. I just don’t know what to do at this point.
