Did Call of Duty crash just make my secondary m.2 SSD disappear?

I go to launch COD, the game crashes at the menu screen. I try to relaunch and I get an alert saying the game cannot launch and that something went wrong. I restart the PC but I am noticing the restart taking a little longer than usual.

Restart completes, I try to launch COD again. PC alerts me the game is missing. Turns out my secondary m.2 is not on the PC..... I go to disk management and it's not even recognized there.

In bios it's also not recognized. I'm at wits end with all these issues.
