Please help

I am on a flare so pain isn't new to me. Usually I feel pain when I'm about to pass a BM. 10 minutes ago I had this sudden onset of terrible stomach pain, I can't stand straight, I feel hot and I have waves of nausea. I took some Tylenol and looks like the top part of my stomach is getting a bit better but the lower part still hurts terribly. What could this be? It hurts to take deep breaths however I'm not shaking profusely so I don't think it's a perforation? I'm in so much pain and I feel so swollen.
