How can I get a marijuana medical card if I haven’t been diagnosed with anything ? Will it ha a hassle

My gf and I are trying to get medical marijuana cards but we don’t have any medical history’s or diagnosis. Would it be hard to obtain one? And if you guys have suggestions of places you’ve been to and got the card please drop the info down below ! In the Tampa area btw
