Can I work as clinical research being IMG

Hi. I would like to know if with my medical diploma (from my country) there is a possibility to start working as clinical research. I watched a video from a colombian doctor that was explaining that it is possible only with the medical diploma but I'm not sure. I searched in the hospital websites. In houston, new york and nebraska and many of them say that I have to present a bachelor degree but also it could be a related diploma (in mount sinai hospital said that they accept foreign doctors). I was thinking in taking the CITI Training courses like Good Clinical Practice and the other ones to add in my cv. But I would like to know if with a social security and a work authorization citizenship it can be possible. Please if someone have information I will be happy to hear it.
