Would this motherboard bottleneck anything from this build?

The information on whether a motherboard effects performance is so inconsistent I'm confused if it does or not. I'm upgrading my SSDs *(old SSDs is a Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB)* cause I ran out of storage and wondering if I should upgrade my motherboard as well while I'm at it or not.
