China gets Route 66 every month. We’re stuck with the Winds of Misfortune.

Route 66 and Winds of Fortune are technically the same event. But only one comes monthly with a mirror gem — and guess what? It’s not ours.

Every 6th of the month, Chinese servers get Route 66 — a not-so-subtle nod to the number of the beast. Looks like they signed a pact with the Diablo: guaranteed mirror gem, every time.

Meanwhile, the rest of the world gets Winds of Fortune: a nerfed, soulless version. No mirror. Just the shards.

Seven years of bad luck… or just another reminder who really matters to the Lord of Darkness?
