2 Bed 1 Bath Summer sublease June-August $800

I'm looking to sublease my 2 bed 1 bath apartment located at 707 W Elm St. The price is $700 including all utilities (water, trash/sweaters, and internet) except electricity. This price is for BOTH rooms since I currently rent the whole apartment. 1 person can rent both or you can get multiple people. The apartment is very close to campus and near bus stops that can get you anywhere on campus within 10 minutes. There is a laundry room for the apartment also. Feel free to message me as I'm open to answering any questions and/or negotiating on the deal. I also linked the leasing company's website. The pictures aren't the best but I'd be happy to take my own if interested. https://housing.dailyillini.com/housing/property/707-w-elm-street
