108kgs to 80kgs
I'm on a journey, currently sat at 98kgs. I plan on hitting 80kgs in 3-4 months but at the same time building muscle from strength training (gym) then at the end I plan on going back up to 90kgs but from sheer clean eating by month 6
For context, I know how things work so it's not kind of my first journey although it has been 10 years since I was ACTIVE, so whilst it's certainly a challenge I'll be fine. Here's some info about me
Male 33yo 5'10 98kgs or roughly 217lbs
Would anyone be interested in before/after pics, the meal plan I made and exercises I did to get said results? Hoping it may help and motivate others?
All meals would be budget plan friendly since I'm a dad of 3 I don't have the glory of spending a fortune on myself with all these fancy supplements and buying food - but honestly homemade is more fun and helps mentally honestly.
Where is most of my body fat, around my chest and belly for sure (tits and floppy gut) with a chunk on my thighs since they are quite muscular, the desired outcome post 90kgs will be pecs and a solid trunk with some definition - but mainly a strong trunk so I don't look skinny
Will be happy to write down what I currently eat etc but I know people feel better when they see before/after pics but sharing is caring and all that ☺️
Macros currently
2050 +/-100 either way Carbs 200g+ Protein 250g minimum due to retaining muscle Fats around 35g Nutrients, I'm hitting a lot due to home cooked food with easy to digest veggies Sugar 15g per day on average
Once it slows down I'll keep the calories/protein/fat for muscle repair but will change the meals to reduce carbs to 150g for 2 weeks and then 120g for 2 weeks - I can't go below 100 as I'll be hangry.
For reference, 10 years off I let myself go ey! But from the age of 13-23 I played very high level sports and had to follow routine so it's pretty easy to pick back up on with the knowledge.
