I need help with my orders

hi i just did my third look for orders and didn’t get selected, my status changed to ati on mna. i’m a hm and my hm2 didn’t really know what it is. searching around the internet im getting the message that im going in for orders as needs of the navy. is this true or is something else gonna happen?
