Suicidal thoughts

I’ve always have had depression my whole life I’ve gone to the psych hospital for days a couple times. My ex gf broke up with me like 3 months ago. She was basically the only person I had besides my parents. I lost my job two months ago. I just feel so lonely and just want to end it. Idk why I’m making this I guess I could use some advice. I high zero friends and just feel so empty inside and just wish my life was different.
