"Which" university is good and worth for the fee

my_qualifications: B.tech cse ai and ml have some publications and book chapter research experience overseas (taiwan) gpa: 9.15

Got admits from Boston university and USC for masters in datascience . Iam ver confused in choosing between these two universities after seeing current market . Any insights from you guys will help me in choosing university
