Faced a weird Multi faceted glitch, could just be me not understanding the mechanics?

Hey, looking for guidance, I loaded up my game, and my car was gone completely, all my worker's beds and tasks were unnasigned, and all of my clients re-became "potential clients" on the map, even though they're still assigned to my dealers.

Does this happen a lot? is there a way to get my car back with all of my product?

Not sure what exactly to do, don't wanna buy another 15k vehicle if itheres a way to get it back, went to the police station and the mechanic, nothing there.
