My old Algerian neighbor (Allahyrahmha) used to make this so often for me. She passed away many years ago, but I can never forget how tasty that was.

I did try it in a restaurant but it was totally different than hers. May Allah swt have mercy on her soul.

So Ive decided to make it myself and try, tho im sure it will never be as nice as hers.

Ill try very hard my best not to claim it as something Moroccan.. no promises made tho. 🤣✌️
