Umbro Sizing For Someone Who’s Never Bought

What’s up? Just curious if anyone has an idea on what the appropriate size would be for an Umbro jersey for someone who is 5 foot 7 and weighs 170. Im thinking a large as I usually wear that/the occasional medium but would love to know from anyone who avidly wears the product. I love the Factory Records release.
