[TOMT] [TV Commercial] [2000s/2010s] "Give everyone an equal chance at survival."

Looking for a live-action commercial, TV spot, or possible trailer with the tag line "Give everyone an equal chance at (for) survival." I don't know if it was for a disaster based movie, or an ad for some sort of actual doomsday group. It is not from the 2009 film "2012" or any other Roland Emmerich film that I could find.
