Job Board Behind Paywall

Has anyone else noticed the job board (jdpreferred.com) is now completely behind a $25/month paywall?

I know this sub partners with them, but that is absolutely ridiculous, especially given the current state of the economy. Just wanted to start a discussion about this to see if anything can be done or anyone else has noticed. I utilized the resource when it was free, and strongly feel there are other ways to help create revenue outside of a members-only model.
