The Purge: did I just screw myself over?

I just finished the Purge and reset the simulation. I read up beforehand and stowed all my stuff so it wouldn't get damaged in the new galaxy. The problem: I stored all my exosuit stuff in my ship cargo. The ship didn't spawn with me with I dropped on the new world, and I can't summon it because all the tech is broken. I'm guessing it's back at the final portal but while I know the system and planet, I don't know where. If I try to archive it on my freighter, the cargo (my exosuit mods) vanish. Did I just screw myself? Anyways I can get my stuff back? I've already checked the save files and unless there's a way to go back further than what's shown, I'm past that point.
