FL Bar Essay #2-Feb 25

With Florida scores being released on Monday the April 14th, I keep thinking of the essays. I know MC is worth more but I'm hoping I did extremely well on the essays as well.

Does anyone recall the issues on essay 2: Torts/Family Law. I remember discussing: 1) negligence per se (for the texting and seat belt), 2) vicarious liability, 3) FL's PIP (first 10K from owners insurance), 4) modified comparative negligence, 5) damages, 6) loss of consortium claim by the husband, 7) alimony, 8) time-sharing, 9) best interest of the child...
