So i have a question…

I just finished watching a video of someone reaching lv99 on final fantasy 7 in the very first reactor (first area of the game), and after finishing the video a question popped on my head, what would it take to get to lv99 in like a dragon/infinite wealth on chapter 1?will take longer? Is it possible? There is a guy who did a video on the idea but i don’t know if he actually completed the challenge, What do you guys think of the idea?
