High iodine level?

M33 just got this lab test done with a few others (which all turned out to be normal) and I don’t know what to make of this. My iodine blood level was measured at 443 mcg/L. Am I in trouble? Is this life threatening? Do I need to get my thyroid tested? I’m all ears.
