Achtung! Button/option that stops drafted force work options appearing

Just loaded into my game no mod changes for a good week or so.. I can no longer get the float menu to appear when trying to get drafted colonists to do things. They don't seem to be able to interact with items on the ground, but can interact with stone chunks. They also work fine undrafted.

I was wondering if i fat fingered a hotkey or an option that stops drafted interactions with stuff?

Already reinstalled and verified all my mods which was a pain in the ass 😭
