Offering $50 (OBO) for someone with a ladder to come over and remove the chimney cap from my single story house

It should take all of 2 minutes to do. I don't have a ladder nor am I capable of climbing up to my roof but I just need the chimney cap taken off ASAP. I don't even think it's bolted on, should be just a little lift.
