5-mapb and 4-ho-met need advice

So I did about 150mg of 5-mapb and 10mg of 4-ho-met and I was feeling pretty good on the comeup but then I puked alot and after that I’ve had a super uncomfortable feeling like you get on the comeup and I’ve had this super uncomfortable feeling for about 2 days and it’s making me go crazy can’t sleep with it either is there anything I can do to make it stop? Usually I smoke weed during the trip or after and that helps but I had to quit weed recently. Thanks
