Full ES or ES/Evasion?

Hey everybody, playing a chronomancer and just got to maps. Currently my build is full ES, and feeling pretty squishy. Wondering if it's better to fully invest into only ES just to have a bigger pool, or if throwing in some dex and having decent amount of evasion is generally better?
