Do I have CHS?

to preface i’ve been buying my own MUHA carts for a few months and hitting them daily. it got to a point where i would start to hit it in the morning when i had nothing to do.

but i’ve been waking up with pretty bad stomach aches, diarrhea, and the urge to vomit for a few weeks now.

as of today i haven’t hit it in over 48 hours but i woke up with those same symptoms.

could this be something else? or do i just have to lay off the carts?
