Need For a Legit Argument for Existence of the Most Fomo Skins in The Game Which are Victorious Skins in Context of Being Something (Anyhow) Good for this Game and the Community

The question is literally in the title..

I need a legit argument for existance of (I think) the most fomo (and toxic) skin line in the game (so far) , which are Victorious Skins, in context of being something anyhow good for this game and the community especially for the long term (more than 4,5 years, I remind that lol has almost 17 years!).

If any one can give me any "non dogmatic" (which is based on statement "bcs r i t o allowed me to") argument... please do..

If there will be none... why this system still exists to this day and more importantly why you as important part of this community allow to that?
