Case fans curves setup

So I have 2 160mm front fans and I'm wondering should I setup lower fan to react to gpu temperatures and upper fan for cpu? I also consider setting up both fans to react to gpu because with liquid colling cpu does not get too hot anyways. Is any of it a good idea?
