Worst anxiety/feeling of being uncomfortable when meeting someone new

As title says,

Met a girl 5 days ago. Head over heels after one conversation, I’m hooked.

I struggle playing it slow, but I have seen her once since I met her in person at a random event we were both attending.

Seeing her again tomorrow, but Jesus Christ, the feeling is so intense. Barely been able to eat, barely been able to think straight since I saw her for the first time 1on1 on Sunday.

No arrogance but im a handsome dude, in good shape, I know I can get girls but wow.

Just can’t stop thinking of her. I’ve not said ‘I like you’ or confessed anything to her, of course lol, and I don’t reply ASAP or anything. As I have a very busy job, but holy this feeling ain’t good.

Has anyone had this? Why am I like this?
