Where to stay for 2 nights in May for UTA graduation (Globe Life Field)

Hello! My partner and I will be coming to Arlington from Des Moines, IA for my graduation ceremony at Globe Life Field in May and are having a hard time deciding where to stay. We will have a vehicle, but would be nice to be in a semi-walkable area so we can park the car and explore by foot. We don't need to be right by the stadium, but within a 20-30 min drive would be preferred. Where would you recommend we stay? We love hitting local gems for food, coffee, shops, etc. so a walkable area with great local spots would be awesome!
