Stormbreaker blade bug

I just lost my matchup in premier draft because my stormbreaker blade would not equip. It was on the battlefield, I had a creature in play, mana open, second main phase, and it auto skipped to end my turn. Then I turned on total control to start my next turn, manually tapped mana, and tried to select the equipment to equip it and it wouldn’t activate the equip ability. I went to the report a bug menu in the game, and reported. I’m playing on iOS. Who do I contact about being refunded a draft for a bug causing me to lose?
